I though this might make a suitably interesting topic as my first blog entry.  Through my work a technical manager in GE, I got the opportunity to help establish a new development team at the GE’s China Technology Centre in Shanghai.  I love to travel and have always wanted to visit the far east, so I jumped as the chance to live and work in Shanghai for a month, with a week in Australia jammed in middle.
